My First Macedonian Bible Study

Thanks to Mandy in Macedonia, I was blessed to participate in my first Macedonian Language Bible Study. We met in a cafe in Ohrid, Macedonia where my mother-in-law and father-in-law live. They (the study group) generally like to meet in a home rather than the cafe for more privacy and to have better concentration and focus on God's word. It was a blessing to see people learning the Bible in their native language.

I am OK with my Macedonian even though I lack any formal training what-so-ever. I do have some grammar books at home which I have never seriously taken the time to study in depth. Partly because I just haven'r raken the time to do it, and partly because I don't need it when I am home in the US. Oh, and I don't relish the thought of learning grammar via

"Peter sat on the bench."
"Peter is sitting on the bench."
"Peter sat on the banchh."

But I digress. Back to the topic of the Bible study. Mandy lead the group through some excellent passages, touching on some passages in Ephesians that I treasure myself.
